Job summary

Venture Community Services located in Webster, MA is seeking a full-time Residential Shift Supervisor to oversee residents’ daily activities and promote independence, community integration, and personal growth. You will supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure ISP goals are implemented efficiently.

Responsibilities include coordinating with families and agencies, maintaining documentation, and leading safety and care activities.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in education, psychology, rehabilitation, or related field preferred or one year of experience in human services.
• MAP certification must be maintained; obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Must be 21+, with a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and daily use of a car (preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assist with physical tasks and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Implement ISPs and behavior plans aligned with individual goals.
• Lead and supervise Direct Support Professionals during shifts.
• Ensure medications are delivered and documented.
• Coordinate with families and external agencies for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation.
