Job Summary:
The Shift Supervisor is an evolution of the Residential Counselor II and is expected to fulfill all expectations of a Residential Counselor II while taking a leadership role. The Shift Supervisor will maintain a therapeutic environment within the residence, ensuring the needs of the client in safety, medical, emotional, food, clothing, and shelter; supervising Residential Counselors/Relief Counselors in those areas and providing support and training as needed.
