Qualifications

• Three years of professional therapeutic experience in a residential program providing rehabilitative, restorative, or habilitative care.
• Two years in a supervisory capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, psychology, social work, education, nursing, business, or hospital administration.
• Equivalent combination of professional experience and training including two years supervisory experience in a residential program.

Responsibilities

• Guide the development and monitoring of individual support plans to improve daily living and service outcomes.
• Direct supervisory and support staff to maintain quality care and consistent practices across the community.
• Identify and monitor safety concerns to maintain a secure and healthful environment.
• Review and maintain operational and individual records to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate physical plant inspections, repairs, and personal item availability to enhance living areas.
• Review data, inspect operations, and prepare reports to assess and improve community performance.
