Job summary

Flathead Industries is seeking an Assistant Manager to support consumers with developmental disabilities in a group home and in supported living. You will teach daily living skills, assist with meals, health care, transportation, and recreational activities, while maintaining safety and professional relationships.

Training includes MANDT, First Aid/CPR, and state-required certifications. The role requires flexibility to cover shifts within a 24-hour schedule, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 6 months experience with adults with developmental disabilities.
• Must pass criminal and background checks.
• Montana driver's license with clean driving record may be required for company vehicle insurance.
• Must complete PSP paperwork and related trainings.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Teach and demonstrate community living skills to consumers with developmental disabilities.
• Maintain relationships with consumers, families and professionals.
• Assist with meal preparation, health care arrangements, and facility maintenance.
• Provide safety training and supervision in home and community settings.
• Support individuals with daily living tasks and transportation to activities.
