Job summary

Arcan Capital is seeking aResidential Services Attendant to keep our communities spotless and welcoming for residents and staff. You will handle cleaning across offices, amenities, hallways, and vacant units, ensuring safety and presentation at all times.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to cover weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years janitorial/groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on property needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the community, including offices, model units, amenities, stairwells, breezeways, and entrances.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across common areas.
• Clean carpets, furniture, windows, and other surfaces to uphold community standards.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and maintain organized, well-stocked supply areas.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents through light cleaning and touch-ups.
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly, follow safety procedures, and provide professional, courteous service to residents and team members.

Job Summary

As a Residential Services Attendant, you will help ensure that our community is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. • Basic maintenance knowledge (e.g., painting, fixture replacement) and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation may be required based on property needs.
