As a Residential Services Aide, you will be responsible for assisting residential staff with developing, delivering, and monitoring treatment, training, and related services provided at Selinsgrove Center. This will include assisting with the development of each patient’s Individual Support Plan (ISP) and the implementation of ISPs by conducting specified procedures. As a member of the Interdisciplinary Team, you will deliver treatment and training services in the areas of self-care, socialization, and health maintenance as specified in each patient’s ISP. Additionally, you will record information in assigned patients' unit records in order to document and communicate information to other members of the team.
