As a Residential Service Technician, you'll be responsible for repairs and maintaining air conditioning systems in a residential setting.

What You'll Do:

• Braze and solder various metals to connect piping
• Install, modify, or repair air ducts, indoor units, drain pans, drain lines, and outdoor units
• Install and calibrate thermostats, humidistats, solenoids, and timers
• Inspect inoperative indoor or outdoor units to locate causes of trouble
• Disassemble indoor or outdoor units, and replace or repair defective parts
• Perform preventive maintenance on drain cleaning, coil sanitizing, and motor lubrication
• Evaluate the operations of the equipment after repairs using gauges, voltmeters, leak detectors, and other instruments

What You'll Bring:

• At least 2 years of HVAC field experience
• Appropriate certifications (EPA)
• A valid Florida driver's license
• Experience with low & high voltage wiring
• Ability to pass a Drug Test and extensive background check
• Must be 18 years or older
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work hours including overtime as needed
