DBS Residential Solutions is actively seeking a Service Technician in the Duluth, MN area. You will visit homeowners to inspect, maintain, and service existing systems, diagnosing issues and explaining solutions in clear terms.

Qualifications

• Experience in home services, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, maintenance, service, or sales can be helpful—but the right attitude, work ethic, and ability to connect with customers matter just as much.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled service and maintenance appointments
• Inspect existing DBS systems and identify potential concerns
• Troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate solutions
• Explain what you're seeing in a way homeowners can easily understand
• Educate customers about maintenance, upgrades, and additional solutions when appropriate
• Recommend products or services that can further protect their home
• Complete quality service work and documentation
• Build relationships that keep customers confident in DBS long after their original project
• Deliver the kind of experience that makes customers want to call DBS again—and recommend us to others
