Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing in Phoenix is seeking an experienced plumber focused on residential service. The ideal candidate takes pride in clean work, earns homeowner trust, and has a strong sales mindset, with the ability to discuss performance metrics like Total Sales, Close Percentage and Average Ticket data.

This is an on-site, full-time role with DOE pay, offering a yearly range of $60,000 to $120,000 plus flat-rate pay with commission, a fully stocked van, tools, uniforms, boot

Description

We’re looking for an experienced Plumber who knows residential service, takes pride in clean work, and understands how to earn a homeowner’s trust. Strong background in SALES is preferred.

PAY IS DOE: Our successful plumbers make between 60K and 120K per year.
