Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• TX Dept License Reg is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead plumber on residential service calls.
• Build positive connections with customers.
• Prepare job sites and keep areas clean and organized.
• Support accurate truck inventory and job staging.
• Follow quality checklists and complete paperwork accurately.
• Participate in on-the-job learning and classroom training.
