Job summary

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of West Madison is hiring experienced residential service plumbers for our brand new Verona location. You will run residential service calls across the Madison and Verona area, with opportunities for fast track into leadership as we grow.

We offer top pay in the Madison market, a relocation bonus for the right person, and we will help you get licensed in Wisconsin if you hold a transferable license from another state.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber license or a license transferable to Wisconsin.
• 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Customer-first attitude and professional home presence.

Responsibilities

• Run residential service plumbing calls across the Madison and Verona area.
• Drain cleaning, hydro jetting, and camera inspections.
• Repairs, water heaters, fixture installs, and full re-pipes.
• Diagnose the real problem and present clear options to the homeowner.
• Build customer relationships that generate 5-star reviews.
