Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of West Madison is hiring experienced residential service plumbers for our Verona location. We offer top pay, real ownership, and fast-track leadership as we grow. We will assist with Wisconsin licensing and relocation for the right candidate.

Location: Verona, WI | Serving Madison & surrounding areas. Applicants with 3+ years in residential service plumbing and a valid WI Journeyman license are preferred. Unlicensed experienced plumbers are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience.
• Wisconsin Journeyman license or transferable license.
• Unlicensed candidates with strong residential service experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Run residential service plumbing calls across the Madison and Verona area.
• Perform drain cleaning, hydro jetting, and camera inspections.
• Handle repairs, water heaters, fixture installs, and full re-pipes.
• Diagnose problems and present clear options to homeowners.
• Build customer relationships that lead to 5-star reviews.
• Keep your van stocked, clean, and ready for service.
