Job summary

DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company seeks a skilled Residential Service Plumber to perform plumbing installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs with a focus on customer service and safety. IPC knowledge and strong technical skills are essential.

You will diagnose issues, propose repairs, collaborate with Dispatch, and maintain accurate service records while upholding our high standards of quality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial).
• Strong knowledge of IPC codes.
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools and other construction machinery.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues on-site.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly customer service and clearly explain plumbing issues and solutions.
• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Recommend repairs, upgrades, maintenance plans, and replacement options when appropriate.
• Communicate with Dispatch and the Plumbing Manager to stay on schedule and provide job updates.
• Keep the company vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked with tools and materials.
• Complete service records, job notes, invoices, and other required paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the company with pride.
• Follow all safety procedures, plumbing codes, and company standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and maintain required licenses and certifications.
