Job summary

Anthony's is seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber in New Jersey, with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. You will diagnose and repair residential plumbing, install fixtures, and communicate options clearly to homeowners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems
• Perform service work including leaks, water heaters, fixtures, clogs, piping, sump pumps, garbage disposals, and more
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings, options, pricing, and recommendations
• Install and replace plumbing fixtures and equipment as needed
• Maintain accurate service tickets and documentation
• Provide a clean, professional experience inside customer homes
• Maintain company-provided vehicle, tools, and equipment in top condition
• Participate in training to continue growing your technical and customer service skills
