Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Active Virginia plumbing license (Journeyman or Master).
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and service calls as directed by dispatch.
• Arrive on time to first call and update customers with ETAs.
• Walk customers through expected steps on arrival.
• Inspect plumbing systems and report issues.
• Present clear repair and replacement options.
• Explain pricing on service agreements and accessories.
• Maintain inventory and clean, safe vehicle; pass inspections.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
