Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Tampa is seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to diagnose and repair plumbing systems, run service calls from start to finish, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on residential plumbing service experience.
• Experience independently running residential service calls.
• Strong plumbing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with residential plumbing repairs, maintenance, replacements, and installations.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, equipment, and industry best practices.
• Experience working with water heaters, fixtures, water lines, drains, and other common residential plumbing systems.
• Ability to identify plumbing concerns and determine appropriate solutions.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build trust with homeowners.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain plumbing issues, solutions, and recommendations.
• Comfort with sales, presenting service options, and recommending repairs, replacements, and upgrades based on customer needs.
• Ability to meet performance goals and KPIs with a customer-first approach.
• Commitment to quality workmanship, professionalism, and integrity.
• Ability to manage time and independently run daily service calls.

Responsibilities

• Independently run service calls from start to finish.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues.
• Perform repairs, maintenance, replacements, and installations.
• Service and repair water heaters, tankless water heaters, faucets, toilets, fixtures, disposals, lines, drains, and sewer lines.
• Identify plumbing concerns and recommend solutions.
• Explain findings and recommendations to homeowners clearly.
• Present repair, replacement, and upgrade options based on customer needs.
• Educate homeowners to make informed decisions.
• Be comfortable with sales and recommend appropriate solutions without high-pressure tactics.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
• Complete work per codes, safety requirements, and company standards.
• Document calls, findings, and completed work in ServiceTitan.
