Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience working directly with homeowners.
• Comfortable presenting options and recommendations to customers.
• Knowledge of water heaters, tankless systems, fixtures, piping and common residential plumbing repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Handle water heaters, tankless systems, faucets, toilets, piping, leaks, sump pumps and other residential plumbing needs.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend the right solutions.
• Explain findings and options clearly to homeowners.
• Provide estimates and present repair and replacement options.
• Complete repairs and installations safely and correctly.
• Keep customers informed throughout the job.
• Maintain accurate job notes and documentation.
• Keep your truck, tools and work area organized.
• Deliver a great customer experience from start to finish.
