Climate Control is seeking a driven Residential Service Plumber in Liberty, MO. You will run residential plumbing calls, diagnose issues, educate customers, and perform high-quality repairs and installations while representing the company with a 5-star customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with homeowners.
• Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission environment.
• Drain and sewer experience preferred.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Run residential plumbing, drain, and sewer service calls.
• Diagnose issues and present repair and replacement options.
• Educate customers and recommend the best solution for their home.
• Perform high-quality repairs and installations.
• Clear drains and main lines using professional equipment.
• Document all work accurately in ServiceTitan.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance, vehicle, and equipment.
• Represent Climate Control with a 5-star customer experience on every call.
