You’ll handle water heaters, tankless systems, fixtures and piping, provide estimates, and ensure a safe, clean job site while keeping customers informed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience working directly with homeowners.
• Comfortable presenting options and recommendations to customers.
• Massachusetts plumbing license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Handle water heaters, tankless systems, faucets, toilets and piping.
• Troubleshoot issues and propose the right solutions.
• Explain findings and options clearly to homeowners.
• Provide estimates and present repair and replacement options.
• Complete repairs and installations safely and correctly.
