Job summary

Mainstream Electric in Spokane seeks skilled plumbers with WA/ID licensure to perform residential plumbing repairs and mentor apprentices. You will diagnose issues, upsell repairs, and use Service Titan on-site.

Training period paid hourly, with potential to earn commission-based income up to six figures. Ideal candidates have a Journeyman or Master plumbing license, a valid driver’s license, and experience with a range of plumbing systems and fixtures.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer.
• Ability to guide and train an apprentice.
• Experience with residential plumbing repair including leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing issues and explain/upsell repairs to customers.
• Guide and train an apprentice on job sites.
• Use Service Titan software to manage service calls and documentation.
• Perform residential plumbing repairs, including leak location and installation/maintenance of heating, water heating, and plumbing fixtures.

What you need:

• A Journeyman 01 or 02 or Masters Plumbing License in WA or ID
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to guide and train an apprentice
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
• Experience with residential plumbing repair including: leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement
