About the Position:

We’re seeking licensed plumbing technicians with impeccable customer service, strong troubleshooting skills on existing residential homes, with experience discussing and offering options to the customer’s satisfaction, and performing work in a professional manner. Average techs have the potential to earn around $70-90K per year while TOP techs earn $100K or more. We're looking for plumbers seeking to build a career at a company to call home while working with an employer that truly cares for their employees and wants to provide solid careers and room for advancement.

*This position has working conditions that expose you to various weather conditions and require you to work outside normal working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Licensed residential plumber
• 3-5 years of existing residential service, maintenance, repair experience
• Excellent customer service skills (able to discuss customer plumbing problems, educate customers, discuss options for repair or replacement)
• Must have clean and current driver’s license
• Must pass national background check and drug test

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Journeyman or Tradesman Plumbers with 5+ years residential service experience
• Outstanding communicators who are comfortable working directly with clients
