Job summary
Village Plumbing Air and Electric seeks an experienced residential service plumber in Houston, TX. The role requires a Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master license with 3+ years of residential service experience and a strong sales and communication mindset.
You will start each day from home, visit customers, present repair/replacement options, perform the work, and may refer larger jobs to the Install team. Benefit from a lucrative, straight-commission structure with a sign-on bonus potential.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience.
- Valid license with Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (Tradesman, Journeyman or Master).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with customers.
Responsibilities
- Present repair and replacement options to customers on every call.
- Perform the agreed plumbing work and ensure quality.
- Refer prospects to other Village departments when appropriate to increase referrals.
- Maintain a fully stocked truck and keep up with documentation and scheduling.
