Qualifications

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who already knows how to succeed in residential service plumbing.

You should have:

• 2+ years of experience running a residential service van or serving as a lead residential plumber.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A clean driving record.
• Strong integrity and professionalism.
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• Willingness to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Journeyman license preferred, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• $25-$35/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Quarterly performance bonuses based on the revenue you generate (eligible after your first 90 days).
