Job summary

Southern Home Services is a residential HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical company seeking a dynamic Service Electrician to join our growing team. You will troubleshoot, install, and repair electrical systems in homes, ensuring safety and quality with homeowners.

You will diagnose issues, explain problems and options, and perform tasks from wiring to disconnects. A valid driver's license and 2+ years of residential electrical experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical systems to restore functionality.
• Install, repair, and maintain wiring, outlets, switches, and breakers.
• Communicate clearly with customers, offering repair or replacement options.
• Safely perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and crawling.
• Perform basic wiring tasks and ensure proper connections.
• Utilize tools and materials common to the electrical trade with proper handling.
• Apply electrical codes and safety standards to all work.
• Additional duties as assigned.
