Job summary

Prostar Services in Wilson, NC is seeking a residential service electrician to join a growing HVAC, plumbing and electrical team. Base pay + commission ranges from $55,000 to $110,000 per year, with unlimited earning potential and a full schedule.

The role emphasizes professionalism, a real process, and advancement opportunities. You will perform service calls, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, and work on panels, generators, EV chargers, and wiring for HVAC equipment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential electrical experience (service experience preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of the NEC.
• NC electrical license or journeyman-level experience a plus — strong helpers ready to step up are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Run residential electrical service calls across Wilson and surrounding eastern NC counties.
• Troubleshoot and repair circuits, breakers, outlets, switches, lighting and ceiling fans.
• Panel upgrades and replacements, service changes, subpanels and dedicated circuits.
• Whole-home generator, surge protection, EV charger and HVAC equipment wiring.
• Communicate findings clearly with homeowners and present repair and upgrade options.
• Complete jobs clean, organized, safe and to code.
• Follow our proven processes on every call and keep your truck stocked and ready.
