Job summary

Goettl is seeking an experienced Plumber for residential service in the Phoenix area. You will run your own calls, speak with homeowners, and deliver clean, professional work while building trust.

We offer flat-rate pay with commission, year-round residential work, weekly training, a fully stocked take-home van and tools, uniforms, boot allowance, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of residential plumbing experience.
• Ability to pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Comfortable performing sales conversations with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Run own service calls and discuss services with homeowners.
• Provide clean, professional plumbing work on every visit.

We’re looking for an experienced Plumber who knows residential service, takes pride in clean work, and understands how to earn a homeowner’s trust. Strong background in SALES is preferred.

PAY IS DOE: Our successful plumbers make between 60K and 120K per year.
