Goettl's Austin branch is hiring a Plumber with a take-home van for full-time work in Austin, TX. You will run residential service calls, diagnose and repair plumbing problems, and communicate options clearly to homeowners.

With 2+ years of residential plumbing, a Texas license, and a clean driving record, you can earn a strong, uncapped income with base pay plus performance pay. Training is provided, and advancement from within is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Active Texas Plumbing License (Tradesman or Journeyman).
• Clean driving record for last two years + valid license.
• Able to pass background and drug screen.
• Knowledge of KPIs like average ticket, conversion rate, and close rate.
