Job summary

ADT is hiring a Residential Installer to install, test, repair, and service electrical and electro-mechanical equipment at customers’ premises and signal receiving centers. You will work in the field and shop, delivering supplies and maintaining required records, collaborating closely with customers and coworkers to provide reliable security solutions.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent mandatory.
• 3 years maintenance/installation experience.

Responsibilities

• Installs, dismantles, and reconstructs equipment as required by customer or ADT order.
• Connects and adjusts components; tests operation of all systems at the signal-receiving center.
• Reads job information, evaluates delivered materials, and plans cable/wire routing.
• Reports defective materials or omissions that could affect protection.
• Adheres to safety practices to prevent injuries and property damage.
• Secures unused materials, ladders, and tools at the job site.
• Cleans up debris, patches drill holes, and returns unused materials.
• Performs other duties as required; maintains 93%+ quality.
• Performs upsells of $850+ per month.
