Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain Georgia Board of Private Detective and Security Agencies registration.
• Clean criminal background — must pass a background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
• Availability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Control vehicle and pedestrian access at community gates.
• Conduct foot and/or vehicle patrols of community grounds.
• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems.
• Enforce community rules and HOA policies.
• Write clear, accurate daily activity reports.
