Job Summary

The Residential Security Agent (RSA) will serve as a critical member of a client’s residential physical security team. The RSA works onsite in Seattle, WA on a 12‑hour, 4/3 – 3/4 schedule, performing day or night shifts from 6 pm‑6 am or 6 am‑6 pm depending on client needs. The role requires a customer‑service‑focused approach while maintaining rigorous security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for client security needs and support threat management and emergency response.
• Monitor and manage camera systems, access control technology, and other security tools.
• Advise and take action regarding unknown visitors, phone calls, and other contacts.
• Maintain excellent rapport and open lines of communication regarding client needs, requests for support, service issues, and deliverables.
• Provide high‑standard customer service to clients, guests, and staff.
• Ensure client deliverables are met across the full suite of security services.
• Proactively communicate with clients regarding risks to personnel, property, or privacy.
• Ensure completion of any client‑required plans, surveys, or reports.
• Assist with customer service issues to ensure a consistently high level of service.
• Communicate with co‑workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.

Required Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• All required licenses and certifications including defensive tactics, de‑escalation, first aid/medical response, security guarding, and firearms use.
• Current or retired law‑enforcement member or possession of a current Washington State Concealed Pistol License (CPL).
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Washington State Armed Guard Card.
• CPR/FA training or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in project management and small‑team environments.
• Operational experience with residential security teams, executive protection details, or high‑profile corporate security teams.
• Track record of operating in a high‑touch, customer‑service environment.
• Professional bearing and customer service skills.
• Computer skills with Google Suite and MS Office.
• Adaptability to fast‑paced environments with changing circumstances.
• High ethical standards, confidentiality, discretion, and diplomacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort working with senior leadership.
• Skilled in synthesizing facts, concepts, and principles.
• Emotional intelligence and customer‑focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Executive Protection and/or tactical training.
• Advanced medical training (EMT, WEMT, WFR, TCCC/TECC).
• Current Washington State guard card with armed endorsement.
• Experience with physical security and alarm systems.

Pay Range

Seattle, Washington – $50.00 – $51.39 per hour
