ASC Protection is seeking a Residential Security Agent to provide top-tier security services for high-profile clients and private estates. This role requires vigilance, professionalism, and a proactive stance to protect clients’ safety and privacy while maintaining a discreet security presence.

The agent will monitor access, conduct patrols, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with household staff and law enforcement as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid CA Guard Card required.
• Valid CA Exposed Firearms Permit required.
• Prior security experience preferred.
• Military or law enforcement background preferred.
• Pass a criminal background check; drug-free.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage access to the residence, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
• Conduct regular patrols and use surveillance systems to detect and deter threats.
• Respond quickly to security breaches, suspicious activity, or emergencies per protocols.

ASC Protection is seeking a Residential Security Agent to provide top‑tier security services for high-profile clients and private estates. This position requires a vigilant, professional, and proactive individual who can ensure the safety and privacy of clients while maintaining a strong security presence.

What You'll Do:

As a Residential Security Agent, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment for high-profile clients and their properties. Your duties will include:

• Monitor and manage access to the residence, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the property.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises and utilize surveillance systems to detect and deter security threats.
• Quickly assess and respond to security breaches, suspicious activities, or emergencies, following established protocols.
• Ensure the safety and privacy of clients, their families, and guests while maintaining a professional and discreet presence.
• Maintain clear and concise communication with security team members and supervisors. Document all incidents and daily activities in detailed reports.
• Be ready to respond to medical emergencies, fire alarms, or other critical incidents as required.
• Work closely with other security personnel, household staff, and law enforcement when necessary to uphold security measures.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and situational awareness at all times.

Requirements:
