Volpe Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Sales Consultant in Malvern, PA to join our family-owned team. You will begin with an Eight-Week Paid Sales Training program to learn our products and processes, then apply your skills by guiding residential clients on renovation solutions.

The role involves meeting clients, presenting tailored proposals, accurately pricing projects, and following up on leads. A positive, ethical sales approach and flexible schedule are required for events and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proficient use of Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork with production and design teams.
• Open to direction, coaching, and constructive feedback.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced community environment.

Responsabilités

• Complete the Eight-Week Paid Sales Training program.
• Meet with clients to understand project needs and present tailored solutions.
• Prepare pricing and written proposals/contracts per pricing guidelines.
• Record lead dispositions with notes in project systems.
• Follow up on leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all lead activities and notes.
• Support events, home shows, and appointment scheduling as needed.
• Attend trainings and meetings to stay informed on products and services.
• Maintain punctuality and safe operating practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned and follow company policies.
