Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, and community relationships.
• Meet with homeowners for on-site inspections and guide them toward a signed job.
• Manage residential roofing, siding, gutter, and exterior projects from start to finish.
• Utilize our CRM to track leads, manage your pipeline, and stay on top of every project.
• Coordinate materials, permits, schedules, and project timelines.
• Prepare and present tailored estimates, proposals, and financing options to homeowners.
• Confidently present any pricing and close deals face-to-face with homeowners.
• Maintain clear communication with homeowners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct project inspections and ensure quality standards are met.
• Track project profitability and documentation.
• Resolve field issues quickly and professionally.

What You'll Do
