Job Summary

Residential Sales Representatives are essential to the growth of i3 Broadband. They build strong relationships with a diverse range of customers, educate potential customers about i3 technology and products, and deliver exceptional sales results. Residential Sales Representatives will primarily go door-to-door within an assigned territory or neighborhood, promoting and selling broadband services to residential customers. The role focuses on getting customers excited about switching to i3 Broadband’s 100% Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) connection, highlighting the benefits of this advanced technology over traditional providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell Fiber Broadband Services (internet, Wi-Fi, and phone) to residential customers in assigned serviceable areas.
  • Travel to different neighborhoods and communities, going door-to-door to prospect and close sales.
  • Describe and demonstrate i3 Broadband’s products and services, matching customers with the best plans for their needs.
  • Work independently, with expectations of 6 hours of field time per day, including 4 hours during "Prime Time" (4 PM - 8 PM), 1 hour for planning, and 1 hour for breaks.
  • Meet sales goals, prospect, close deals, and achieve performance targets.
  • Follow up with prospects and customers to ensure satisfaction and timely service.
  • Build positive relationships with your team and community.
  • Complete sales documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Participate in training, meetings, and trade shows.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Traits
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong customer connection skills with a friendly attitude.
  • Proficient with basic digital tools and consumer electronics understanding.
  • Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education and Experience
  • Experience in customer service or sales required; door-to-door sales experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record required.

  • Reliable vehicle use mandatory.
