Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector to conduct full-home inspections, build trust with homeowners, and close sales by explaining protection options and the long-term value. You’ll work under the Orkin brand with award-winning training and uncapped earning potential (base plus commission).

Responsibilities include scheduling, follow-ups, and documenting findings on an iPad while representing Orkin with professionalism in various weather and settings. High School Diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding inspections.
• Ability to work independently and manage scheduling.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
