Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector to help homeowners protect their homes with trusted pest control solutions. You will leverage Orkin's century-long reputation, explain findings clearly, and close sales while building lasting relationships.

You will manage appointments with an iPad, work independently, and benefit from paid training, a company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops.
• Willing to climb, crawl and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings clearly and recommend best treatment options.
• Close sales by communicating value and long-term benefits.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation on company iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize schedule, maximize leads and self-generated opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
