Renewal by Andersen is seeking driven sales professionals to visit residential homes for on-site presentations and close deals on window and door replacements. You’ll benefit from paid training, coaching, and the chance to earn uncapped commissions with a structured sales process.

Average consultants earn $150k-$200k with full insurance options and a company-supported travel model across the Greater Cincinnati/Dayton area. A strong customer focus and reliability are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
• Have a valid Driver’s License and comfortable traveling for appointments.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide all information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on window/door replacements.
• This position is a strong sales closing role and does not require cold calling or project management.
• Close deals to earn uncapped commissions; participate in paid training and coaching.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This position does not require cold calling or project management - it is strictly a strong sales closing role.

Full commission structure (uncapped) - average consultants earn $150k-$200k

Paid training with continued coaching and mentorship

Opportunity to compete for annual Sales Trip for top performers

Qualifications

• Have a valid Driver’s License (required)
• Comfortable traveling up to 3 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required)
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required)
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required)
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process
