Culligan Water Kansas City is seeking candidates for residential in-home sales. No degree or prior water industry experience is required, and formal training is provided.

You will build rapport with homeowners, manage evening appointments, and convert interest into appointments using a consultative approach. You'll receive an 8-week paid training on water quality, products, and our in-home sales process, plus ongoing coaching, a company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits including health,

Responsibilities

• Run pre-scheduled daily appointments in customers' homes
• A steady stream of company-generated leads
• Generate new leads through referrals, events, and networking
• Perform professional water quality analysis using EPA-approved testing
• Design customized Culligan water treatment solutions for household needs
• Close same-day sales using a consultative approach

We're looking for candidates with some residential sales experience (solar, pest control, internet, security, home improvement). No degree, water experience, or formal sales training is required.

What You Need

What You'll Do

• Run pre-scheduled daily appointments in customers' homes

• Perform professional water quality analysis using EPA-approved testing


• Design customized Culligan water treatment solutions solving real household problems (hard water damage, scale buildup, contamination concerns)


• Close same-day using a consultative approach (complete training provided)
