Job summary

Culligan Water Kansas City is seeking driven in-home sales representatives to run pre-scheduled appointments at customers' homes and convert leads into water-treatment solutions.

No degree is required and prior water experience is not mandatory. You will receive paid, structured training on our products and processes, plus ongoing coaching from an experienced team.

Qualifications

• Residential sales experience preferred in home services; no degree required.
• Great rapport-building skills are important.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to do evening appointments.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-scheduled daily appointments in customers' homes.
• Handle a steady stream of company-generated leads.
• Develop new leads through referrals, events and networking; income is uncapped.
• Perform professional water quality analysis using EPA-approved testing.
• Design customized Culligan water treatment solutions for hard water, scale, and contamination.
• Close deals on the same day with a consultative approach (training provided).

We're looking for candidates with residential sales experience (solar, pest control, internet, security, home improvement). No degree, water experience, or formal sales training is required.

• Design customized Culligan water treatment solutions solving real household problems (hard water damage, scale buildup, contamination concerns)
• Close same-day using a consultative approach (complete training provided)
