Qualifications

• General knowledge of safety and security is required.
• Must have working knowledge of liability, fire and safety prevention.
• Familiarity with report writing and investigations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep residents and premises safe by following safety rules and regulations.
• Be first responder to illness or injuries among residents, guests, and staff.
• Maintain visibility during shifts and patrol assigned areas regularly.
• Greet residents and staff with professional conduct and respect.
• Complete incident reports and log maintenance needs during rounds.
