Job summary

Fresh Page Home Improvement is hiring Home Improvement Sales Representatives to meet with homeowners across Northern Illinois, inspect residential roofs, and sell roofing repair and replacement services. You’ll generate new business by canvassing neighborhoods with older homes and storm-damaged roofs, conducting free inspections, and guiding customers through insurance claim options.

You must be able to climb ladders, travel across the Chicagoland area, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing or home improvement sales.
• Ability to climb ladders and conduct residential roof inspections.
• Reliable transportation to travel across the Chicagoland area.
• Strong communication skills with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Identify residential roofing sales opportunities through neighborhood canvassing.
• Meet with homeowners to discuss aging roofs, storm damage, and other roofing concerns.
• Perform free roof inspections and photograph visible damage.
• Explain roofing repair and replacement options and assist homeowners with insurance claim submissions.
• Present roofing services, close sales, and complete customer paperwork.
