Job summary

Fresh Page Home Improvement is hiring Sales Professionals to meet with homeowners across Northern Illinois, inspect residential roofs, and sell roofing repair and replacement services.

You’ll generate new business by canvassing neighborhoods with older homes and recent storm damage, speaking directly with homeowners, and assisting with insurance claims for storm-related damage. Roofing inspections and photo documentation are required.

Qualifications

• Previous roofing or home services sales experience.
• Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections.
• Reliable transportation to travel across the Chicagoland area.

Responsibilities

• Identify residential roofing sales opportunities through neighborhood canvassing.
• Meet with homeowners to discuss aging roofs, storm damage, and other roofing concerns.
• Perform free roof inspections and photograph visible damage.
• Explain roofing repair and replacement options and assist homeowners with insurance claim submissions.
• Present roofing services, close sales, and complete customer paperwork.
