Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on roofing experience required.
• Experience with asphalt shingles, flashing, leak detection, and residential roof repair.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently in the field.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable working on ladders and varying heights.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose roof leaks and damage in residential homes.
