Job summary

Summit Roofing is looking for a dependable Field Coordinator to oversee residential roofing installations in the Greater Austin area. This field-based role requires presence on active jobsites and ongoing communication with installation leads, crews, and homeowners to ensure safety and quality.

You will tow a company trailer daily, manage site logistics, document projects, and maintain materials. Drone use and roofing CRM familiarity are a plus. $60,000/year with medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Field coordination on residential roofing projects.
• Excellent communication with homeowners, crews and office.
• Ability to tow a trailer and operate equipment.
• Proficient with CRM, Google Sheets and documentation.
• Willing to learn drone operations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Be present on active jobsites as much as possible throughout production.
• Maintain constant communication with installation leads and roofing crews.
• Be highly responsive and easy to reach during the workday.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners before, during, and after builds.
• Treat crew members, subcontractors, homeowners, neighbors, suppliers, and coworkers with respect.
• Help identify and communicate production issues before they become larger problems.
• Coordinate jobsite logistics, material needs, equipment, and field-office communication.
• Perform quality-control inspections throughout installation and at project completion.
