757 Property Solutions is seeking a Residential Construction Project Manager to own the outcome of our renovations across Hampton Roads. You will manage scope, budgets, and schedules, oversee contractors, and ensure work meets our quality standards.

This role involves field oversight, regular site visits, and coordinating materials and permits with a strong emphasis on document control and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing residential renovations from scope to completion.
• Strong knowledge of building methods, costs, and scheduling.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously.
• Proactive communication of status, risks, and milestones.
• Valid driver's license; reliable transportation and travel between Hampton Roads projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential renovation projects from scope to completion.
• Create scopes of work, budgets, and schedules.
• Solicit bids, review proposals, negotiate pricing.
• Manage general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Inspect progress and workmanship on active projects.
• Keep budgets and schedules up to date with documentation.
• Coordinate and order construction materials.
• Handle permits, inspections, and utilities.
• Ensure final punch list and quality control.
