3. Complete work with high quality and customer service, document progress with photos, and handle change orders as needed.
4. Maintain professionalism and adhere to safety and reliability standards.

Requirements

• Experience in all stages of remodeling including framing, window and door installation, siding, drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and general handyman tasks.
• Fully equipped for remodeling tasks.
• Reliable vehicle for transporting tools and materials.
• Smoke-free during working hours.
