Missouri Restoration and Construction LLC in Missouri is seeking a reliable Construction Laborer for residential remodeling across Boone, Callaway, and Cole counties. You will assist with site setup, material handling, and general construction tasks under a foreman.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and the ability to work 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with no nights or weekends. Prior construction or willingness to learn is valued; valid driver's license required.

Qualificações

• Experience in general construction, remodeling, or trades; willingness to learn essential.
• Ability to work in a team, follow directions, and self-manage tasks.
• Punctual, reliable, and with a positive attitude.
• Must have transportation to travel across Boone, Callaway, and Cole counties.

Responsabilidades

• Site Operations: assist with hands-on labor, site setup/teardown, material handling, and cleanup on remodeling projects.
• Remodeling & repair: support trades on-site including carpentry, drywall, framing, demolition, and home maintenance.
• Foreman & independent execution: perform tasks under foreman direction and complete duties independently when required.
• Quality & craftsmanship: ensure work meets quality standards and customer expectations.
• Safety & tools: maintain safe environment and operate basic power/hand tools.
• Teamwork: collaborate with co-workers, sub-contractors, and property owners.
