Job summary

Cliff Construction LLC is seeking a full-time Construction Laborer / Remodeler to perform on-site work across various St. Louis area projects. The role runs 30 to 40 hours per week with shifts Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM; weekends may be available.

You will tackle general construction tasks, framing, carpentry, finish work, drywall, siding, and concrete with hands-on training provided. Strong measurement, basic math, and tool handling skills are valued, as is experience reading

Qualifications

• Strong measurement and basic math skills.
• Hand tools and power tools experience a plus.
• Finish carpentry experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Physical stamina for manual labor.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction and remodeling tasks.
• Assist with framing, carpentry, and finish carpentry work.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Support drywall, siding, and concrete projects as needed.
• Follow project plans and maintain quality workmanship standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
