Say goodbye to time-consuming free estimates. We operate a service-based model where most projects are estimated over the phone by our Office Team based on time and materials.

We find and schedule jobs for you; your role is to deliver quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. You will travel to job sites in Hamilton County (Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, Noblesville), driving your own truck.

Job Requirements:

• Strong work ethic
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Expertise in Tiling and at least one other major trade (Carpentry, Light Plumbing, Light Electrical, Painting, or Drywalling)
• Excellent customer service skills, including communication and interpersonal abilities
• Successful prior experience as a Carpenter or Craftsman
• Own set of tools for all trades listed
• Own truck or van
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
