Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths is seeking a Service Technician to perform post-remodel service visits, diagnose issues, and deliver detailed service reports in the Missouri area. The role involves hands-on repairs—from showers and tubs to window work and interior trim—supporting our customers after project completion.

You will read and follow safety procedures, demonstrate strong planning skills, and communicate effectively to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in remodeling industry.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to grasp complex concepts easily.
• Quality of work standards.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform service visits for customers after completion of home remodel projects.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Service projects may include: repairing showers, tubs, and fixing plumbing leaks; wrapping windows and replacing window sashes; installing shower doors; interior trim work; taping and mudding of sheet rock; drywall patching; siding and shingle installation; general caulking and cleaning.
